In the 1960s we tested the durability of our watches on boat motors, the wrist of cliff divers and even in dishwashers. And we did it all on live television. Today, nearly every Timex watch is tested for water resistance and accuracy for 24 hours before it leaves our hands.

SCRATCH RESISTANT MINERAL GLASS

A proprietary blend of minerals fired into the glass harden the surface making the crystal more scratch and shatter-resistant.
