Recommendations

The training shorts have a wide and comfortable cut. The bottom of the shorts is usually located just above the knee. The waist bands are elasticated and very flexible: a margin of error of +/- 3cm in the measurement of your waist will still provide a perfect fit

If you are between two sizes, use the thigh-length measurement as a reference point. For slightly shorter shorts, choose a size below the recommendation. For slightly longer shorts, choose a size above the recommendation.
